BIO
I grew up in Southern California, moving between Los Angeles County and Ventura County, finally graduating high school in Simi Valley, as class valedictorian, and then attending college on a full academic scholarship as a National Merit Finalist.  After graduating from college with a double major, I worked for three years to save up for law school.  

 

Since graduating from law school in 1997, I have been a full time litigator.  I started out working for the largest law firm in Nevada, representing Fortune 500 companies, celebrities and major casinos.  After seven years, I moved home to Southern California where I have been a litigator ever since.

 

I currently limit my practice to employment cases (and cases of professional sexual harassment).  I have handled hundreds of cases and can generally tell if some one has a case from a short interview.  I personally consult with potential clients and give them my free opinion on whether they have a case.  I work on contingency and advance all costs, so a client pays nothing up front and I only get a fee if I get a recovery for the client.
